Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 

  • 500g dry pasta (recommend: penne or fusilli)
  • 200gr dry tomatoes in olive oil
  • 6 cubes Dorot’s Pesto 
  • 1 cube Dorot’s Garlic
  • 300g goat cheese 
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

 Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Add the pesto cubes and the garlic and mix well.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Add the dry tomatoes and the goat cheese and mix again.
  5. Season with pepper (and salt if needed)
