Coriander Ginger Shrimps

  • 1tbsp good quality olive oil
  • 200g peeled shrimps
  • 2 cubes Dorot’s Ginger
  • 100ml white wine
  • 35g butter
  • 3 cubes Dorot’s Coriander
  • sea salt
  • black pepper


  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. 
  2. Add in the shrimps and cook for 1 min.
  3. Add the ginger cubes with the white wine, let simmer and reduce by half.
  4. Add the butter and the coriander cubes and cook until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Season with salt & pepper.
