Lemon Chicken

  • 4 pcs chicken breast / thighs
  • 4 cubes Dorot’s Parsley
  • 4 cubes Dorot’s Garlic
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice – from 1 lemon
  • zest from 1 lemon
  • 200ml white wine
  • 50g butter
  • plain flour
  • sea salt
  • black pepper


  1. Flour chicken gently, remove any remains.
  2. Season the chicken with salt & pepper and cook in hot skillet, let simmer
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and add the garlic cubes, lemon juice, lemon zest and the white wine to the pan.
  4. Reduce to half
  5. Add the butter and parsley cubes.
  6. Place the chicken back in the pan and cook until the sauce has thickened.
